Vicki Brown filed a civil rights action against Hartshorne Public School District # 1 under 42 U.S.C. § 2000e-5 (1982) (Title VII of the 1964 Civil Rights Act) and under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 (1982). The district court granted defendant's Motion for Summary Judgment because it believed that plaintiff had failed to exhaust her administrative remedies.
