This is a wrongful death and survival action. Plaintiffs Marjorie A. Eimann and Gary Wayne Black are suing in their capacity as the mother and son of the deceased, Sandra Black. Former Plaintiff Glenn G. Eimann, father of the deceased, has nonsuited.
