OPINION

KENNEDY, Justice.

This is a wrongful death case. Appellees, plaintiffs below, recovered over one million dollars in damages. Because the trial court abused its discretion is permitting an undisclosed liability witness to testify, we must reverse and remand this case for a new trial.
