Arthur Carter, individually and as tutor of his minor child, Scott Carter, appeals a judgment rejecting his demands for personal injuries sustained by them and for the wrongful death of Blake Carter, son of Arthur and brother of Scott. The three were occupants of a 1978 Chevrolet Station Wagon driven by Arthur Carter when it collided head-on with a 1971 Ford Sedan driven by Edward Carrier.
