This is a worker's compensation proceeding. Plaintiff, Carmen Cain, filed a Rule to Show Cause, Motion to Compel Payment of Medical and Travel Expenses, and Motion to Tax Court Costs against defendant, General Accident Group, seeking reimbursement for medical, travel and other related expenses, as well as attorney's fees.
