This is the second appeal in this declaratory judgment action involving an insurance policy dispute. In the first appeal, this Court upheld a summary judgment in favor of Fireman's Fund Insurance Companies ("Fireman's Fund"), which was based upon a finding that the insurer was under no duty to defend certain lawsuits.
