This is a suit for damages. Appellant, Forestpark Enterprises, Inc. (Forestpark) brought suit against appellees, by way of a third-party action, after it was sued by Kimbell, Inc. (Kimbell) for unpaid rent under a sublease agreement. Appellees, John C. Culpepper, Jr. (Culpepper) and Anrem Corporation (Anrem), filed separate motions for summary judgment.
