Ramona and Richard Medders (the Medders) appeal a Sheridan County District Court grant of summary judgment to Arnold Joyes (Joyes). We affirm.

On May 27, 1984, vehicles driven by Ramona Medders and Arnold Joyes collided on a well graveled and recently graded county road in Sheridan County, Montana.
