JOHNSON, Circuit Judge:

This appeal consists of six consolidated criminal cases, involving eight defendants, in which the United States ("the Government") seeks the reversal of the district court's suppression of evidence. The Government also appeals from the district court's order dismissing the indictment against David Lee Kelso and from the district court's granting Ricky Lynn Creekmore a judgment of acquittal after the jury had found Creekmore guilty of one count...
