Sims Brothers Construction Co., Inc., ("Sims Brothers") was the general contractor constructing a shopping center near Anniston, Alabama. Albert Heath was employed as a sheetrock finisher by Bonners Acoustical Contractors, a subcontractor engaged by Sims Brothers to perform sheetrock work on the project.
