This case comes to us on appeal by the defendant, Luis Estrada (Estrada), from a Superior Court jury conviction for robbery.1 After denying the defendant's motion for a new trial, the trial justice sentenced Estrada to seventy years at the Adult Correctional Institutions (ACI), of which ten years were suspended and sixty years were required to be served.
