PER CURIAM:
Ernest Thomas, a Florida state prisoner, is serving a life sentence imposed after a bargained plea of guilty to first-degree murder. He appeals the district court's denial of his 28 U.S.C.A. § 2254 petition for a writ of habeas corpus which challenged the voluntariness of his guilty plea, tendered with retained counsel, to the state trial court on March 26, 1973.
