COATS, Judge.

Charles Cole was convicted, following a jury trial, of murder in the first degree, AS 11.41.100(a)(1), and robbery in the first degree, AS 11.41.500(a)(1). Superior Court Judge Mark C. Rowland sentenced Cole to consecutive sentences totaling sixty-seven years' imprisonment with thirty years suspended.
