The appeal presently before us is the second appeal on an exception of prescription maintained by the trial court in favor of defendants. On the first appeal, this Court set aside the first judgment in favor of defendants and remanded the case for another hearing on the exception, because this Court found the judgment had been based on inadmissible evidence.
