RICHARDSON, Presiding Judge.

Claimant seeks review of a Workers' Compensation Board order which affirmed the referee's decision upholding SAIF's denial of his aggravation claim.

Claimant injured his back on the job in November, 1979. The first determination order respecting the injury was May 14, 1980. After several subsequent reopenings, the claim was finally closed on July 2, 1984, by a stipulated award of 30 percent permanent partial disability.
