Defendant Steven W. (a juvenile) was charged on February 13, 1987, with violating the Federal Juvenile Delinquency Act, 18 U.S.C. §§ 5031-5037, by committing the offense of assault with a dangerous weapon with intent to do bodily harm. He was arraigned on March 20, 1987, before a United States Magistrate and agreed to admit to the violation.
