This is an appeal from an amended judgment in a statutory ejectment action in which "a disputed boundary line" was suggested by the appellant, who was the defendant. On original appeal, we reversed the judgment of the trial court due to its failure to order the sheriff to establish and mark the true line. See, Knox v. Criddle,
