An information charged movant Charles Arthur Horsey committed six counts of receiving stolen property. A jury found him guilty of each count. In accordance with the verdicts he was sentenced to imprisonment for seven years upon each count. It was adjudged the sentences would run consecutively. The judgment was affirmed upon direct appeal.
