Following a jury trial in the Superior Court, the defendant-appellant, Paul E. Weber ("Weber"), was convicted of first degree kidnapping, two counts of aggravated intimidation, intimidation, second degree burglary, second degree assault, menacing, third degree assault, and resisting arrest.
