ALARCON, Circuit Judge:

Plaintiff-Appellant, Jehan Zeb Mir, M.D., (Mir) appeals from the district court's order dismissing this action after dismissal of his complaint without leave to amend, for failure to state a claim for which relief could be granted. Mir also appeals from the district court's decision to grant $15,960.00 in attorneys' fees and costs to defendant-appellee Little Company of Mary Hospital (Hospital).
