The plaintiff, Alvin B. Coleman, appealed from a judgment rejecting his claims against Louisiana Power and Light Company (hereinafter referred to as "LP & L"). The plaintiff sought damages for the injuries he sustained when the crane upon which he was leaning became electrified by contact with the defendant's electric utility lines.
