OPINION

ARNOT, Justice.

The jury convicted Jimmy Trevino of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and assessed punishment at confinement for five years. Appellant has briefed four points of error. We will discuss only appellant's points complaining that the evidence is insufficient to support his conviction and that he was deprived of effective assistance of counsel at trial level. We find that a rational trier of fact could have found the appellant guilty...
