Petitioner, the Louisiana State Bar Association, through its Committee on Professional Responsibility, seeks to have the respondent, Charles Z. Ranel, suspended from the practice of law for disciplinary rule violations. We find the respondent violated disciplinary rules 1-102(A)(1), (5) and (6),1 2-110(A)(3),2 6-101(A)(3),3 and 9-102(A) and (B)(4)
