This matter is before the court on several motions filed by the parties. Plaintiffs (Agbanc) filed a motion on June 10, 1987 seeking leave to file an amended complaint. They also filed a motion on August 25, 1987 for "an order instructing clerk to file supplemental and amended complaint or in the alternative, motion to supplement and amend complaint pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 15."
