GREENE, Judge.

Attorney Phillip Paul Weidner was ordered to pay $4,650.001 as sanctions for alleged violations of court orders during his trial defense of the defendant in State v. Stumpf.2

During the three-month trial in State v. Stumpf, there were numerous incidents which led the trial judge, J. Justin Ripley, to admonish or sanction Weidner for violating court orders...
