Tamara Boubel appeals the dismissal of her wrongful death claims against General Motors Corporation. We reverse and remand.

Boubel's daughter, Dorothy Benjamin, was driving her 1985 Camaro while drunk. She collided violently with another car, driven by Joseph Gilardi, which resulted in her car's flipping over and landing upside down in a drainage canal. Although she was wearing her seat belt, the impact of the accident allegedly caused the driver...
