DRAUGHN, Justice.

In June of 1986, relator was placed on six years deferred adjudication for burglary of a habitation. In January of 1988, after a hearing on the state's motion to adjudicate, with no agreement as to punishment, the trial court entered an order adjudicating relator's guilt and sentencing him to ten-years confinement in the Texas Department of Corrections.
