The defendants in these consolidated cases appeal from declaratory judgments rendered by the Superior Court (York County) in favor of the Town of York, plaintiff in both cases. The Superior Court declared that separate proposed real estate developments of defendants Fred H. Baldwin, Jr., Baldwin and L. John DiPalma, and Patrick Cragin, all in the Town of York were subdivisions within the meaning of 30 M.R.S.A. § 4956(1) (Supp.1987). We vacate...
