The Orange County Board of County Commissioners approved Battaglia Fruit Company's application for rezoning of a 33.3 acre tract after finding that the proposed rezoning complied with the County's Growth Management Policy. A petition for writ of certiorari was filed by the City of Maitland in the Circuit Court, Ninth Judicial Circuit, and a similar petition for writ of certiorari was filed in the circuit court by Mark Cooper and the Maitland Association...
