Plaintiffs Tim and Janice Hudak, Robert Kruse, and Central Tool & Supply Company appeal from a summary judgment in favor of defendants Central Bank of the South, Wayne D. O'Stean, and Max L. Smith on all counts of their complaint, specifically fraud, misrepresentation, conversion, conspiracy, negligence, and slander. We affirm.
