PER CURIAM.

These appeals arise out of the case that was the subject of Cornelius v. Green, 477 So.2d 1363 (Ala.1985). After the decision in that case, the Corneliuses filed a complaint seeking damages for trespass to the land as to which the prior judgment had granted them an easement. The trial court granted a summary judgment for the defendants (the Greens and the Tinsleys). That judgment is the subject of appeal # 86...
