Fredrick and Roberta Hickman, heirs at law of Robert Hickman, deceased, and Steven Hickman (hereinafter "Hickman") appeal from a judgment entered on a jury verdict finding Fraternal Order of Eagles, Boise # 115 (hereinafter "Eagles") not negligent.
