The district court,1 adopting the magistrate's2 thorough, well-developed report and recommendation, denied Dennis Tyndall's application for a writ of habeas corpus under 28 U.S.C. § 2254 (1987) alleging a jurisdictional defect in his Nebraska state court conviction. We affirm.
