FILIPPINE, District Judge.

In accordance with the Order filed on October 12, 1988, and the Report and Recommendations sustained and adopted therein,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED that respondent Jim Jones shall have judgment against petitioner Keith Byron Glasby and that the petition of Keith Byron Glasby for habeas corpus relief is DISMISSED with prejudice.
