Johnny Ray Roberts was convicted of bank robbery in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2113(a), (d), and transporting a firearm in interstate commerce after previously being convicted of a felony, an act prohibited by 18 U.S.C. §§ 922(g)(1) and 924(a).
