This is an appeal from a personal injury suit brought against Agricultural Warehouse, Inc. (AWI), the premises owner, by Ruben Uvalle, an employee of Delta Engcon, Inc. (Delta), a steel erector employed by AWI to construct a steel building. Uvalle was injured when he fell a distance of twelve to twenty feet while on the job site.
