PER CURIAM.

The defendant, Charles Hamburg, was charged by bill of information with the offense of armed robbery, a violation of LSA-R.S. 14:64. The defendant entered a plea of guilty to first degree robbery, a violation of LSA-R.S. 14:64.1. The state agreed not to bill the defendant as a multiple offender pursuant to the plea bargain. The trial court imposed sentence of twenty-seven years at hard labor without benefit of parole, probation, or suspension of sentence...
