This appeal is from judgment dismissing a worker's suit against his employer for worker's compensation benefits and for penalties and attorney's fees.

Richard A. Lemoine was employed by Parish Tire & Wheel as a mechanic in 1985 and allegedly injured his back on the job, on or about April 26, 1985. Allegedly, Lemoine continued to work for at least two weeks, then announced that he was stopping work until something was done about his back...
