In this worker's compensation case the chancellor found that plaintiff, Charles M. Lyle, sustained a sixty percent permanent partial disability to the body as a whole due to a work-related accident. The chancellor awarded plaintiff his medical expenses, temporary total disability benefits, and permanent partial disability benefits. Defendant, Exxon Corporation, and its worker's compensation insurance carrier, Petroleum Casualty Company...
