The motion for rehearing was considered. The opinion filed January 8, 1988, is hereby withdrawn and the following substituted therefor.

This case is before us on writ of certiorari to review a court of appeals memorandum opinion disallowing the termination of a tenured school teacher's employment. The court of appeals has required a teaching staff realignment to provide employment for respondent Johnny Abeyta. Petitioners...
