ROBERT L. CARTER, District Judge:

In this diversity action arising out of an alleged breach of lease, defendant WalMart Stores, Inc., lessee's assignee, moves to dismiss the complaint for lack of personal jurisdiction. Rule 12(b)(2), F.R.Civ.P. In the alternative, defendant moves to transfer the case to the Eastern District of Tennessee, the situs of the demised property. 28 U.S.C. §§ 1404(a).
