Following a jury trial in the Circuit Court of the Third Circuit, Darryl Fox was adjudged guilty of Terroristic Threatening in the First Degree. The dispositive questions in his appeal from the judgment of conviction are whether inadmissible evidence of plea discussions was admitted in error and if it was, whether this constituted plain error.
