Plaintiffs filed this employment discrimination suit against defendants on August 17, 1984. Plaintiffs' complaint contains four counts. Count I alleges that defendants discriminated against plaintiffs on the basis of age in violation of the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967, 29 U.S.C. 621 et seq. (hereinafter "ADEA").
