Orville Klecan appeals from his conviction by a jury of six counts of converting to his own use property which was pledged to the Commodity Credit Corporation (CCC), an agency of the United States, in violation of 15 U.S.C. § 714m(c). The jury found as to each count that the value of the converted property exceeded $500, and Klecan was sentenced to thirty days imprisonment and five years probation and ordered to pay restitution.
