("the hospital") seeks review of a National Labor Relations Board order that found the hospital in violation of Sections 8(a)(1) and (3) of the Labor Management Relations Act ("the Act"), 29 U.S.C. sect. 158(a)(1), (3), by promulgating and enforcing a rule prohibiting its employees from wearing union insignia in all places and at all times, and by suspending 96 employees and discharging...
