This litigation has already produced two opinions of this Court: Lojuk v. Quandt, 706 F.2d 1456 (7th Cir.1983) (Lojuk I), and Lojuk v. Johnson, 770 F.2d 619 (7th Cir.1985) (Lojuk II), certiorari denied, 474 U.S. 1067, 106 S.Ct. 822, 88 L.Ed.2d 795.
