Appellants brought this action to set aside the probate of a will executed on January 28, 1985, by decedent, Emma Jean Gilliam. The theory of the suit was that Mrs. Gilliam and her deceased husband, Thaddeaus Evans Gilliam, had executed mutual and reciprocal wills in 1974 and that upon the death of Mr. Gilliam in January, 1985, the 1974 will of Mrs. Gilliam had become irrevocable...
