OPINION

REEVES, Justice.

The appellant was convicted of driving while his drivers license was suspended. He pleaded guilty after his motion to quash the information was overruled. He contends the trial court erred in (1) not granting his motion to quash, and (2) denying him indigency status on appeal. We agree. We reverse his conviction and order the trial court to reconvene the hearing it held on the appellant...
