Lloyd Archer was charged in a one-count indictment with being an illegal alien in possession of a firearm in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(5). Marva Tingling and Beverly Drummond were charged in a two-count indictment with conspiracy to distribute and possession with intent to distribute cocaine, in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1), 846. Archer moved to suppress evidence, specifically the pistol found in the trunk...
