The State Attorney contends that the trial court abused its discretion in repressing a grand jury report. We agree and reverse.

In an earlier order, the trial judge had repressed the report of a previous grand jury (Grand Jury I) upon the motion of a public official who was one of the subjects of the investigation and who was named in the report, because the judge found that the grand jury's term had expired prior to the time a motion to extend...
